This Privacy Policy explains how Metro Structured Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Just North of Weird ("JNOW," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in two contexts: JNOW's own website and business operations, and managed services JNOW performs for business customers.
1 Scope
JNOW's Own Website and Business Activities
JNOW determines the purposes and means of processing when it handles information for its own activities, including:
- website visitors and people who contact JNOW;
- business customers, prospective customers, and their personnel;
- inquiries, public forms, diagnostics, sales, checkout, billing, account administration, support, legal requests, security, and website analytics; and
- records JNOW must maintain for its own legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and business-administration purposes.
In this context, JNOW acts as the business or controller where those terms apply.
Customer-Directed Managed Services
JNOW also processes information to perform a purchased service on a Customer's behalf. This may include information about completed customers receiving a review request, callers interacting with an AI Receptionist, people engaging with a Customer's Google Business Profile, or visitors to a Customer website under Website Care.
In this context, the Customer determines the business purpose, eligible people, source data, approved messages, content, rules, and authorized actions. JNOW acts as a processor or service provider and processes the information under the Managed Services Agreement, applicable service schedule, Data Processing Addendum, configuration, approvals, and authorized support requests. JNOW may still process limited records for its own billing, security, legal, compliance, and customer-relationship purposes. Requests concerning Customer-directed data may need to be directed to the Customer.
2 Information We Collect
Depending on the interaction, JNOW may collect:
- Contact and business information: name, business name, job role, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and service location.
- Account and transaction information: purchased service, subscription status, invoices, payment status, and related records. Stripe processes payment-card details; JNOW does not directly receive or store full card numbers.
- Communications: emails, support messages, onboarding answers, service instructions, approvals, and other correspondence.
- Website and device information: IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, and analytics identifiers.
- Review Engine information: completed-customer name and contact information, completion signal, request status, opt-out status, published review information, and response workflow records.
- AI Receptionist information: caller number, call time, emergency-service-call classification, call routing information, caller-provided details, conversation messages, summaries, transcripts, actions, errors, and recordings when recording is enabled and disclosed.
- Google Business Profile information: profile content, account permissions, performance information, posts, photos, suggested changes, reviews, and approved responses.
- Website Care information: website access details, configuration information, support requests, monitoring results, backup and recovery information, and change history.
JNOW's standard services are not intended to receive payment-card numbers, protected health information, medical or life-emergency information, or other regulated sensitive data unless JNOW has expressly agreed in writing to a suitable service and compliance structure. An urgent request for Customer's ordinary commercial service may be handled as an emergency service call under the AI Receptionist schedule.
3 Sources of Information
JNOW obtains information:
- directly from website visitors, prospects, customers, callers, and message recipients;
- from customer-authorized systems and platforms;
- from Stripe, HighLevel, Google, website infrastructure, analytics providers, and other approved service providers;
- from publicly available business sources; and
- automatically through cookies, tags, logs, and similar technology.
4 How We Use Information
JNOW uses information for its own website and business purposes to:
- respond to inquiries and evaluate service fit;
- process purchases, invoices, renewals, cancellations, and refunds;
- secure systems, prevent abuse, debug errors, and investigate incidents;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes; and
- analyze website and business performance.
When acting for a Customer, JNOW uses information only as needed to:
- onboard, configure, operate, support, measure, and improve the purchased service;
- send approved review requests, operational emails, and operational SMS messages on Customer's behalf;
- operate approved AI Receptionist calls, routing, scheduling, summaries, quality review, and troubleshooting for Customer;
- manage approved Google Business Profile activity for Customer;
- monitor and maintain Customer websites within the purchased Website Care scope; and
- follow Customer's documented instructions and meet JNOW's legal, security, and contractual obligations.
JNOW does not use customer end-user data for unrelated advertising or sell it to data brokers.
5 When We Disclose Information
JNOW may disclose information:
- to service providers that support the relevant website or managed-service function;
- to the customer that directed the processing;
- to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations;
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
- to protect rights, safety, systems, customers, or the public; or
- in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
JNOW does not sell personal information for money. Some state laws define "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising broadly enough to include certain analytics disclosures even when no money changes hands. JNOW currently uses Google Analytics for measurement and did not observe an advertising tag in its August 21, 2026 homepage inventory. JNOW will honor applicable opt-out rights and will update this policy if its practices change.
6 Service Providers by Context
Current managed-service providers include:
- Stripe for checkout, subscription billing, invoices, and payment processing;
- HighLevel for customer records, messaging, workflows, and Voice AI; and
- Google Workspace for support, privacy, cancellation, and legal-request email.
Separate providers used for the general JNOW website include Cloudflare, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Fonts, Cal.com, Anthropic, and Resend. Cal.com and Resend are not used to deliver the Review Engine or AI Receptionist. Anthropic is not currently part of either managed-service delivery flow.
See the current Subprocessor and Service Provider List for more detail.
7 Cookies and Analytics
JNOW uses necessary security technology and, only after consent, analytics technology. On initial load, JNOW presents a choice to Accept Analytics or Reject Non-Essential tracking. Non-essential analytics remains blocked unless accepted. The Cookie and Tracking Notice describes the categories and purposes of these technologies and explains how to change a saved choice.
8 Data Retention
JNOW retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, to provide services, maintain required business and tax records, protect systems, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
For customer-controlled service data, JNOW generally retains data while the service is active. At termination, JNOW disables applicable workflows and initiates the practical export or deletion process supported by the relevant platform, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and billing-record exceptions. HighLevel does not currently permit custom retention schedules and may retain certain logs and metadata for security, compliance, or legal purposes. JNOW therefore does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period where the operating platform cannot enforce it.
9 Security
JNOW uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is completely secure, and JNOW cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their own credentials, controlling their users, and promptly reporting suspected compromise.
10 Privacy Rights
Depending on where an individual lives and whether a law applies to JNOW, the individual may have rights to:
- confirm whether personal information is processed;
- access, correct, or delete personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and
- appeal a denied request.
Submit requests to help@jnow.io. JNOW may verify identity and authority before responding. If JNOW holds the information only for a business customer, JNOW may direct the request to that customer. JNOW will not discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11 Communications Choices
Operational messages are limited to the relevant transaction, inquiry, booking, service, or requested information. Recipients may reply STOP to supported SMS messages or use another disclosed method to opt out. Marketing email, where used, will include the legally required identification, address, and opt-out method. JNOW and its customers must honor applicable suppression requests.
12 Call Recording and AI Disclosure
The AI Receptionist identifies itself as automated or AI. When recording or transcription is enabled, callers receive a clear notice near the start of the call. Customers may not instruct JNOW to conceal the automated nature of the receptionist or bypass required consent and disclosure rules.
13 Children
JNOW's website and standard services are not directed to children under 18, and JNOW does not knowingly collect personal information from children for its own purposes.
14 Changes and Contact
JNOW may update this policy as its services, vendors, and legal obligations change. The effective date will identify the current version. Questions and requests may be sent to help@jnow.io or Metro Structured Holdings LLC dba Just North of Weird, 1025 Jennings Branch, Georgetown, Texas 78633.
Cookie and Tracking Notice
JNOW uses cookies and similar technologies to secure jnow.io, remember visitor choices, and, with consent, understand website use. This notice applies to the public JNOW website and related public pages. It does not describe cookies or tracking that a Customer independently uses on its own website or inside a purchased managed service.
1 Cookie Categories and Purposes
Necessary
Necessary technologies help protect and deliver the website, prevent abuse, maintain basic functionality, and remember privacy choices. They may operate without consent where needed for those purposes and cannot be disabled through JNOW's cookie settings.
Analytics
Analytics technologies help JNOW understand how visitors use the website, measure performance, and improve content and navigation. Analytics technologies remain blocked unless the visitor chooses Accept Analytics.
2 Consent and Choices
On a visitor's first load, JNOW will present a banner with equally available choices to Accept Analytics or Reject Non-Essential tracking, plus access to this notice. Necessary security technology may operate without that choice where needed to protect and deliver the website. Google Analytics and other non-essential tracking will remain blocked unless the visitor accepts.
JNOW will store the visitor's choice for a reasonable period so the banner does not appear on every page. A persistent cookie-settings control will allow the visitor to review or change that choice later. Withdrawing consent will prevent future non-essential tracking but will not retroactively delete records already lawfully collected. Visitors may also control or delete cookies through browser settings; blocking necessary security cookies may prevent access.
Questions or applicable privacy requests may be sent to help@jnow.io.
